** CUP RULES **

**Players must check-in (be present in #excello.warsow channel on QuakeNet) 15 minutes before the tournament starts (17:45).**

1. Whole cup will be played using Single Elimination system.

2. An overall win is achieved by winning two maps out of three (Best of 3 (BO3) format).

3. Each map has to be played for 10 minutes.

4. Only official WarSow maps will be used in this cup. The map pool is:

- wdm3

- wdm5

- wdm6

- wdm10a

- wdm15

5. Match rules:

a) Each player picks one map from the map pool. The player who wins the initial coin toss chooses who picks the first map.

b) If the scores are tied (1:1), the player with the least frags removes one map from the remaining maps in the map pool, leaving the other player to decide which of the other two maps will be played.

c) After the match, the winner is obliged to report the score to an admin.

6. Demos must be recorded, especially if game is played on server without a server-side-demo recording option.

7. Taking a screenshot after each map is highly recommended.

8. Any form of cheating (including abusing glitches) will NOT be tolerated- any suspicions of cheating will be dealt with appropriately by the cup admins.

Players outside of Europe are welcome to sign up. However, the choice of server will always be down to the European player, as this cup is aimed at the European community.
